SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at WonderLovePlay! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping procedures and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and sent to our global fulfillment network within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We ship to customers worldwide. Delivery times depend on your destination:

Destination	Estimated Delivery Time
United States & UK	7 – 12 Business Days
Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany, France, etc.)	8 – 15 Business Days
Canada & Australia	8 – 15 Business Days
Rest of the World	10 – 20 Business Days

Note: Shipping times may experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons, severe weather events, or custom clearance delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your items are dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. You can also track your order status directly on our website under the Track Order page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

WonderLovePlay is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
